Deductions may be made to the security deposit if Association property is determined by staff to be damaged, missing or require extra cleaning.
Please remember: As stated in our Clubhouse Use Policy, the Clubhouse must be left clean and in good condition. All rental furniture must be broken down immediately following the event. All payments, including Security Deposit, are presented to the Association bank for deposit; refunds are issued within 30 days. Resident host is responsible for the action
